AEW Injury Tracker

All Elite Wrestling is known for it's rough and fast paced style which can be seen as a plus but can also be an environment where injuries can happen at a more frequent basis. As is the case in professional wrestling, never say never!

Check out our AEW injury tracker below to let fans know who is currently hurt, out of action and/or working with an injury!  We will also update as developments are made in the status of these wrestlers regarding getting back on television, expected time out, etc.

We've also added a new section showcasing those who have recently made returns to television after injury.

  • Bryan Danielson: Following his match of the year candidate versus Will Ospreay at AEW Dynasty, Danielson has been on the shelf. This comes after Danielson took a botched Storm Driver '91 from Ospreay. The move was so brutal looking that Ospreay immediately retired using the maneuver at the AEW Dynasty post-show media scrum, feeling remorse for the injury scare. He is taking time off right now after a grueling year that saw him overcome several injuries including a broken arm and a broken orbital bone. No word yet on when he will be back in action. Word is he is NOT injured but that is the storyline reason given for his time off.

Although he made a return on 4/27 to face former partner Trent Baretta in a Parking Lot Fight, following the fight, it was announced that Taylor would not be able to return due to injuries suffered in the match. No word on if this was just storyline or if he is legitimately unable to continue his career.**UPDATE: 5/10/24: Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the injury is a legitimate one and that Taylor's career may as well be over for good. UPDATE 5/2/24: Jeff Hardy is reportedly ready to return to the ring. No word yet on when he will be back. He was planning on returning in March and had met with Tony Khan and AEW officials regarding his return plans but this has been obviously called off as MJF underwent surgery on his shoulder. There is still not a timetable for a return yet but it looks like it could be several more months away due to the surgery and the time to rehab after.
